WHAT IS THE NUMBER ONE THING YOU HAVE TO DO TO FIND SUCCESS AS AN INTROVERT?
Be yourself. Trash those shoulds. Know yourself and honor who you are, with no apologies and no defensiveness.
WHAT IS A COMMON MISTAKE YOU SEE INTROVERTS MAKING WHEN IT COMES TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP?
Making assumptions about what they can’t do. For instance, I can’t be a public speaker or I’m not good at networking. These are actually skills that you can learn.
WHAT IS A KEY HABIT FOR INTROVERTS TO IMPLEMENT INTO THEIR LIVES TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
Napping. I say that part seriously, part kidding. When I say napping I mean being very clear about what you need to recharge your batteries and being able to assert that need whenever you need to. Without apologies and without defensiveness. Introverts need time apart from the world so they can be part of the world.

DON’T AND DO’S FOR BEING AN ENTREPRENEUR AS AN INTROVERT
Don’t try to imitate or mimic the extroverts you know.
Don’t get caught up in those shoulds. Your path to success is going to look different for you that it is for other people.
Don’t be attached to outcomes.
Do take care of yourself. Make you and your energy a priority.
Do be really clear on your core values because those end up serving as a filter for how your business grows.
Do be compassionate with yourself.
